Baldiye, meaning local, is a supper club inspired by my time in Lebanon this September. Being from the mountains, life is a lot different. Much more is sourced locally and prepared fresh, right down to the spring water.
Hosted in South Philly at 7pm, we’ll be diving into 6 crafted courses. Each course of the six courses is made with the idea that the ingredients are sourced locally from Philadelphia purveyors or brought back with me from the village of Ehden.
