Maamoul Workshop – A Community Cooking Event
Hosted by Habibi Supper Club and Minimal Chaos
Join us on December 21, 2025 at 6 PM for a hands-on evening celebrating food, culture, and community at the Bok Building (3rd Floor, Room 310 – 1901 S 9th St, Philadelphia, PA 19148).
At this special workshop, you'll learn how to make maamoul, traditional Levantine cookies, using traditional techniques shared in a welcoming, communal setting. We’ll also be serving up a delicious meal made by Habibi. You’ll get the chance to make 3 different kinds, filled with walnuts, dates and pistachios. Whether you're new to this cookie or grew up making it at your family table, you're invited to connect, cook, and enjoy delicious bites together.
All materials and ingredients will be provided. Just bring your curiosity and appetite!
