Warak Workshop – A Community Cooking Event
Hosted by Habibi Supper Club and Minimal Chaos
Join us on January 25th at 6 PM for a hands-on evening celebrating food, culture, and community at the Bok Building (3rd Floor, Room 310 – 1901 S 9th St, Philadelphia, PA 19148).
At this special workshop, you'll learn how to make warak enab, traditional Levantine stuffed grape leaves, shared in a welcoming, communal setting, to take home to cook. We’ll also be serving up a delicious meal made by Habibi. Whether you're new to this dish or grew up making it at your family table, you're invited to connect, cook, and enjoy delicious bites together.
All materials and ingredients will be provided. Just bring your curiosity and appetite!
